Happy New Year!

What a way to start the new year. Apparently our plumbing and HVAC crews were all in attendance to the New Years Eve festivities at our place for most of the day. We certainly appreciate their hard work. Today you can see how clean they've left it (only took a couple of
gentle reminders). You can also see what happened with the siding - more specifically the headers and shutters on the windows, and the front porch header (it's nice mostly because you don't notice it). Inside all the plumbing, HVAC and fireplace vents are in place. The mysterious spot on the floor is the covered drain for the washer - we're glad to have that in place. The drywall's all in and tomorrow morning the insulation and drywall begins (not to mention some hot air coming from the furnace). Wahoo!
