After a week of taping and papering, it was pleasant to see a beautifully finished handrail in the entryway. The stain is the same as we used on the floor and it's true hue is difficult to capture with our camera. The other handrails were stained and finished as well (albeit with some holes still needing fill). As you can see there was a fair bit of hole filling going on elsewhere, as well as some caulking and sanding.
